She belongs to Shinyouen http://www.sef.org/ which translates to Borderless Garden of Truth.

Not talking too much is the hardest thing for gaijin. It just feels so unnatural for a Western. Still, I always have fun, when I out quiet Japanese. It really freaks them out.
