Gaijin-in-JapanBlogging direct from Kobe, Japan
Gaijin isn't a bad word. There just isn't any
other word to describe us. And besides, I'm different and I like it that way. Why else would I decide to leave San Francisco and live here forever? So that I can eat good food? Maybe. |

Play this, get up and start marching around. It’s addictive.
But my all time favorite thing was the Electric Light Parade. And when this music started my heart would start pounding and my feet started stompin’. I just wanted to be sure to put this piece of history on my site for EVERYONE to enjoy. PS: You can see more on this very cool site where I got the song.

No. I lasted about ten seconds and then turned it off. It’s Devil Muzac. Please, Mikey… tell us you went to band camp

Absolutely. And I dated the flute player. She was the tour guide at Disneyland.

I was born just a block away from Disneyland and then moved to Anaheim Hills when I was like two. My mom met Walt Disney in line for the Teacups (her claim to fame along with meeting Lucille Ball). I used to work at the Disneyland Hotel (better pay) while my girlfriend worked as a tour guide in the park (she looked so good in her uniform). We used to go dancing at at at…I forgot the name Techaopolis or something. It’s Toontown now.
