This is my first vodcast. It ain’t pretty. It’s late and I forgot to put make up on.

The rest is a podcast, but you have to click under.

The lyrics to the Japanese song are here .

I also added the Podcast thi sweek. Religion, Setsubun and the global warming were discussed. Do you really think the world cares if the ice caps melt? Kinda a ridiculous worrying since we all concern ourselves with what our plans are for the weekend. Oh…yeah…maybe I should walk to the bar tonight. It’ll save a tree.

Hoooooooooold on. I LOVE trees, nature, camping. I just think we are incapable of fathoming, much less reacting, much less enacting, much doing anything about the problem.

Global warming is a BIG problem!! Maybe there on an island in the pAcific you can ignore it, but your son, will not be ale to…

Zen on February 5th, 2007 at 3:47 am

Ok, let me modify that. I see your last statement. In reading that, I have to agree with you somewhat. after all here in the states, They re-elected Baby Bush even after he stole the election the first time and saw his track record, hearded his lies aout starting the war. Yes, With this type of mentallity world wide, Doing any thing about global warming is a lost cause. More so if most of the “free” world continues to follow Amercia’s lead like they have all the answers. The one light in this is the Kyoto pact at least some see the problem an want to do something about it, even though the Money hungry, Dumb A’s in the States care more about filling their pockets than leaving some in habitalbe world space for thier children’s children.

Exactly my point. I don’t want you to think I don’t care about the environment, quite the opposite, I’m sad that we, as consumers, cannot see nor care to even try to see what is happening. We continue to selfishly build with only $$$ and convenience in mind.

The future we portray in movies like Highlander is precisely how I see our world in 300 years.

Recycle and Reuse.

Saddly on the path the majority choose, the world as a livable place does not have a bright future. It is taking hitting folks in the pocket book to change their ideas about driving big gas hungary cars here in the states. Even with that many folks think SUV are the way to go!

I went out on my sailboat today. It cost me about $1.00 or less , maybe .50 cents in gas for the trip. I have heard of people spending 100.00 to 500.00 for a day on their powerboat.

our town found out that our keep ourselves clean was infact attributing to the heavy pollution and harsh conditions in china

our mandatory recycling rubbish all ends up in china where it ends up in these massive recycling tips and poorly paid and protected (a shite lil mask and thats it)
chinese women have to sort it out and they way they actually recycle is the cheap and toxicish way

sort of makes me feel like why the F do we even bother if we arn’t even doing it properly, and i can’t stand people with big 3 ridiculous cars when from most points of the city are within 15-20minutes walks to the main center

I watched who killed the electric car today. We’ll talk about polution and big Hummers very soon.

haha…I said hummers.

Sakuraba on February 7th, 2007 at 4:41 am

That was a good movie, as was the greatest powerpoint presentation ever told, An Inconvinient Truth.

Ironically, guys who drive Hummers are clearly overcompensating for something and probably are diminishing their chances for getting hummers.

Zen on February 7th, 2007 at 8:37 am

Hehehe he said Hummers…

Mike on February 7th, 2007 at 3:47 pm

I wanna hummer. A reeeeaaaal big hummer with chrome tail pipes and a big booT (means trunk in British English). Oh, and if it can guzzle as much as I think it can, I plan on fillin’ it up as much as I can.

Too bad they cost so damn much.
